Member Services Coordinator

Position Summary:

Thuzio is seeking to add a Member Services Coordinator to our growing sales and service team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this position sits at the center of our corporate membership community, and will be responsible for ensuring a positive and successful Thuzio experience for our members. The Member Services Coordinator will be expected to manage and assist the RSVP and logistics process for members attending Thuzio events. As a member of the sales/service team, you will work closely with sellers to make sure account needs are met. You will be asked to consistently provide a first-class member experience, and “wow” members with our attentiveness. You will be expected to look to innovate and provide the team with consistent feedback on how we can improve our member experience. You will excel in this role if you are a self-starter, known for your can-do attitude, have great attention to detail, and are the consummate team player. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive member attendance with event notifications

  • Solicit and address member feedback

  • Foster a sense of community amongst members

  • Collect member RSVPs online and offline

  • Manage event attendee manifests

  • Support member payments

  • Work closely with sales to support decision makers at accounts

  • Attend and contribute to production at New York based events


  • 1+ years of service and/or account management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Corporate relationship experience

  • Events experience a plus

  • Proven business communication and writing skills

  • Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
