5:30-6:30PM: Cocktail Hour with passed hors d'oeuvres

6:30-6:45PM: Q&A with Chef Loretta Keller

6:45:7:00PM: Questions from the Audience

7:00-8:30PM: Live action stations are open

8:30PM: Event concludes
